So, are you the type of person everything must go along your way? People must do exactly what you think it should be done? I had met a couple of people like that, and they really annoyed me. I just would do the opposite, except my boss, I have to follow his instruction. A co - worker of mine just do the same, impose others to follow his way. For me, he is not my boss, and I am not afraid to offend him, if he cross the line. What do you think?

i also dont like the type of this person,i would follow her instruction when i was young,but for now i have learnt to say "no"if something is not right or it is diffiulty to me to do.i think this person were not popular in office.but if we follow her instruction which is not right just she is boss,but we wouldn't respect her from the bottom of our heart,we just for momeny.

Well i don't like such people either but I too, all the people does, want things to go in my way and it does most of the time. I am not annoying like others though. When things does not happen in my way i control myself. I don't want to become pampered freak, u know. And if somebody tries to boss me around i am not going to take it just like that.

I'm not that kind of person, and I don't like person like that, I will listen to others' suggest, and I never force others' to go my way, but I have to follow my boss, have no choice, or I will lose my job, but I think your co-worker has no right to impose others to follow him, or maybe you can tell him your opinion, maybe he don't know you are uncomfortable about what he did, I think communication is very important.
