Most of the time, I won't get irritate about this, in public it's really noisy, so the signal maybe not very good, and they can't hear each other clear, so they maybe talk loudly, just do this to hear each other clearly, I can understand this, sometimes I will talk loudly in a mobile, I don't want to do that, but my friends can't hear what I said, so I have to improve my voice.
