 Hi, I have updated Mozilla to the latest version however it is still taking too long to load. Can someone help me fix this please? do you think it is due to some Add-ons I have? I have uninstalled some add-ons I don't need anymore and if that is the problem I'll remove some others though it would be a pity.

3.  LeeHolt (114) | 6 months ago | It could be too many add-ons or it could be that your PC has a low amount of RAM available. How much RAM does your computer have? Try closing some other programs that are unnecasariy. Have a look on your task bar in the bottom right for unnecasary programs and exit them. First though, look into the options of the program and see if there is an option like "Start on Windows startup" and un tick that if you can. I look forward to your reply. | |

I am also using the trial version of the Mozilla Firefox 3.5 for the last week or so. I am happy with its speed and all but I also face the same problem as yours. It takes just too much time to get initiated and launch. I have not yet installed any of the add ons so take my word for it that it is not due to the add ons. I hope someone finds a fix to it soon.

It seems that there is nothing to do then. Have to check if there is an option not to check for add-ons updates at start up so it will take less to load. thanks a lot, have a nice day. | |
