 Back in March my e-mail address changed twice because I switched Internet providers twice that month when I moved. It's difficult changing your e-mail address, especially when you do online stuff to earn money. I had to go around and make sure my e-mail was changed on all my sites... including Paypal!
Well silly me, I deleted the old e-mail on my Paypal account to add the new one, but forgot to make sure each website had the new Paypal address.
So I didn't get any of my payouts in April.
Towards the end of April I realized my mistake and went around to all my websites fixing the problem. Of course I never expected to see the money that was owed to me from all these sites.
However, this month Mylot caught on to the mistake, and returned that money to my account. I got a notice on my earnings page stating that my payment never reached me that month, so it's been re-added to my current balance, and will be included in my next payout! Sweet!! I got really excited when I signed on and saw more money than I expected to see!
Now if only Ciao had done the same thing... because I actually missed 2 payments from them before I caught on to my mistake!

I have a new net provider since March and I haven't even been to check or use it yet. I just stick to my Yahoo address and so I won't have to change things when I change providers.

I hate having to go on the web to get my mail, and my yahoo addy is over run with spam now. I do have a gmail account I was using back when I had Verizon because for some reason it was blocking a lot of my stuff, but now I don't use gmail much. | |

Luckily for me I haven't changed my email address in forever. i don't use the email address given to me by our service provider. I have always used my yahoo email address for everything. I'm glad at least you got your mylot money. Did you try emailing Ciao and explaining your mistake? They should be able to confirm that you didn't get your money and give it to you.

Just proves that the guys & girls behind myLot do appreciate us enough that they will pick up on human errors.

Sure it was hard work making that money in the first place, but I wasn't going to argue with them when I'm pretty sure it's in the TOU that if my Paypal e-mail isn't correct, too bad! Not sure if they even provide an email address from the provider I'm on, it's small town. Well I'm glad you got that all worked out, and I'm sure that it was a great surprise!
