Is There Anybody Out There Who Can Identify An Orb?

Ok... then if it's dirt, how do you explain away this picture, taken seconds later in the same turret, at an approximate, 90 degree turn. The orb/spec of dirt is gone! I value your opinion, my friend, but I can't perceive the fact that if it was a spec of dirt/dust or even a water droplet, that it could disappear in seconds. This picture is quite plain.. no light, nothing odd that is visible.

Note the time in the bottom right of this picture is exactly the same as on the original photograph. It was taken literally seconds later.

well dpends if there way wind or not but if u can to find dust or more orbs u cna take a pic and lighten it up some more till u can see it i use that method lot

Hi Runejoker. There was no wind that day. It was absolutely still and the sun was shining brightly. It was quite warm, in fact. There remains the possibility that it could be a globule of water, as the castle is surrounded by a moat, and the heat may have caused water droplets to rise from the moat, but then, the possibility that they would enter through small slits in the turret would be quite low. However, I haven't ruled out any possibilities, but I still believe it's an orb. At that height and distance, and the size it is, it would have to be a pretty large dust particle or water globule, and the brightness of the circle around it, intrigues me. It's almost like a circle of bright light around a semi-opaque circle of matter... an orb in my book. I can see a face in it too, which also intrigues me some. I don't recognise it, but it's a fair-haired man, with a chubby smiling face and maybe a moustache. His hair is short, fair and falls forward in a "Billy Fury" type quiff, if you're old enough to know who Billy Fury is! lol.

That's what I can see, and importantly, so can others, but you have to look deep into it rather than at the surface, to see the consistency of what I really do believe is an orb.

Were the pictures taken in historical places, like the Tower of London, or somewhere like that? The Tower was used as a prison centuries ago, and the Ravens are thought to be spiritual guardians, so that's the sort of place I would expect to find orbs. London has a lot of history, both good and not so good, which might explain some of the phenomenon there.

That's exactly how it was my friend. It was obviously at quite a height, and I didn't see it on the display pic when focusing the camera. I uploaded the pics to my computer and still didn't notice anything. It was only when I put it in an album on my social networking site, that I noticed anything at all. I was writing the description and looking at the pic at the same time, and this "object/orb" came out at me... quite amazing really because I had no thoughts about spiritual presences prior to that action.

Ok... welcome to the discussion Runejoker. The day I made the trip was very still, sunny and warm. It was late afternoon, around twenty to four I believe, according to the time on the picture. It wasn't sundown as it's the middle of summer and the sun doesn't sink until around nine in the evening, but, the sun was weakening and in the west. The turret itself is on the north-east corner of the castle, and stands the height of six floors, including the entrance area at the bottom. All the dividing floors are gone now, so it's one straight elevation to the ceiling with no obstacles in between, some forty eight to fifty feet, with the rooms at eight feet elevations.

There was one other person in the tower and two people on the other, south side of the ruins, exploring the kitchen and feasting hall areas, plus the guide, who was in the western entrance area, at the other end of the castle. A family of five, and a small group of other people had left the courtyard area, some two minutes before I entered the turret, by a low, arched opening. I took the camera straight from its case, and snapped the shots. In one, the orb appears and the other, which I took at a ninety degree turn some ten seconds later, shows no orb, or anything unusual. Therefore, I presumed that this object was moving, and probably at a very fast speed, unlike a speck of dust or water globule, which would float slowly around the same area, as it could go no higher. I too thought it was large, considering the distance it was photographed at, and the first time I noticed it was not whilst taking the picture, nor when I uploaded the batch of pics to my computer files, but it was when I put them in an album, on my social networking site that it stood out and in fact, I made some remark on it.

I have several pictures, and it wouldn't be viable to load them in here, but there is one of a little girl in a cemetery, who is obviously oblivious to my presence but is talking with somebody. I don't see orbs in the pictures, but I do see tree and earth spirits. Secondly, I took pictures from my living room window of my garden, after a snowfall a year or two ago. In one of them, there appears to be an orb, but I'm not sure if it's a particle of snow. In others, there are what look like tree spirits, with distinctive faces, and as I have had a few experiences both in my garden, and my home, I feel there are spirits present, constantly. I can't go into all that now, but I have often seen "entities", just shapes, flying around my bedroom at night. At times, it becomes quite active with both light and darker, shadowy orbs/entities. I had an experience in my bed one time which was quite frightening, and from that time, I have had a circle of protection around my bed, plus a mirror and amulet beside it, facing the outer, garden wall, and my bed. These "spirits" fly only around my bed. They never enter the protective circle to fly across it, so go figure! I believe my protection works, and I don't feel at all threatened by these entities. So, I just leave them be, as they are, in the knowledge that they're probably "friendly", or "excluded" from my personal, sleeping area.

Phew... I could tell you lots of stories. I have them all written down, and most of them seem to happen at significant times, but I can't go into them all in here, you will understand.
