your dream job should it be....

My dream job is to become a movie or entertainment transcription. I want to put up caption on videos. Actually my present job is enough, but it will be so much good if my employer will have a future for us. I wish it has a training and different seminars so as our training and experience at work will increase. I hope that job will be given a chance their employee to grow and succeed. Hope the employer are supportive. I am just a shallow person, if that job the employers cares for their employees needs I stay with it. And of course if they will add the salary annually with some additional benefits for sure i will stay long there. Some employers don't care for their employees like what i had experience in my present job. They don't see what good performance their employee is showing to them, they only see their mistake. In this case, they only make their employee look for other job because their performance is not appreciated.
