A lot of seniors like to go to the gardens early in the morning for exercises, but actually according to specialists, before the sun comes out, there left in the garden a lot of carbon dioxide, which is no good for health. It is advised that morning exercises should be no earlier than six in the morning.

That holds real sense.Plants and trees are supposed to emit oxygen in the morning and carbon dioxide at nights. And people if go for exercises in parks early before sunrise then they are at the risk of inhaling carbon dioxide which is not good for health. So,this point should be taken seriously.Cheers!

Thank you very much for spelling it out with clear explanation of the chemical terms, which I find difficult to express in details.

Oh!I just elaborated what you have said.In fact I didn't say anything different from what you have said.It is your greatness to thank me.I thank you to get this post as it will bring awareness to more people. They should choose some other place to work out in early mornings.A walk on the road side would be nice and safe.Cheers!

Really? This is the first time that I've heard of this news. Well, this is a very good advice especially for our elders who would prefer to do it before the dawn breaks. Thank you for your tips and advice!

Good info. I am not aware that exercising in the morning has a health risk. But I am not used to waking up early in the morning and exercise as I can't wake up too early. I will only do it in the evening and that I just take a short walk around the neighborhood.

I had not heard that. I was raised on a farm and we were up and out feeding livestock and milking cows (that's lots of exercise)long before sunup, but after I grew up we took a trip to see some friends in another part of the country. We had small children who would rather go barefoot than wear shoes, and the people we were visiting wouldn't let the children out until after the dew dried off because it was "poison".
