This is an outrage while Americans are sacrificing so much. I'm hoping her croc purse was a gift from someone. When Pres. Obama said that we all have to put 'skin in the game' he must have meant crocodile skin, huh? Lol

This is one thing I'll care about when it comes to her wardrobe, did they pay for it with our tax money????

That is how head community organizers do it, they live luxurious life style of gold and palaces once all the sheep come home. Kinda reminds me of a Saddam, Stalin, Chavez, Castro, all their people are poor but yet they live the great life style and tell their state run media to pound the their peoples heads that is how it has to be.

John Edwards says there are two Americas, probably the other America was formed by those other 7 states Obama went too. Okay getting back to the two America's, John was right but not the way he intended. There is an America that private citizens live, eat, work, and anything else we do. Then there is an America that politicians live in. This America plays by their on rules. CEOs better not fly out to Las Vegas but Michelle goes to Russia, Paris, or any where the Obama's want to on the taxpayers dime. Michelle wears a pair of 500 dollar snicker and carries a 5,950 dollar purse, at the same time Obama tells the other America that it cannot eat as much as it wants too, drive our SUVs, or set our AC to 75 any more.

You mean they can't even tell the truth about a purse?!!

It just goes along with the $100 steaks and the flight to New York for a date night and taking along the wifey and kids for vacation while he supposedly works in Europe. All the while he tells us that we must sacrifice, turn down our thermostat in the winter and not drive as much and so on!

How a person spends the money they themselves earn is entirely up to the person who earned it. I don't begrudge someone who has been succsessful. Now, if it turns out that my tax dollars are buying these things (aside from the salary that it set aside for the president) than I will be the first in line to yell about it.

Did michelle announce that she spent that amount of money on the purse? has anyone inspected it. How do we know it is not a fake? that would be a low end version now wouldnt it. As for the design house have they seen it personally or did they give it to her as advertisement? This stuff is so rediculous. Obama is out there saying do not live beyond your means. Evidently they are much wealthier than any one of us here. Perhaps the first lady should go to a yard sale and purchase her next handbag?
