I am not a person who is jealous by nature Vijayanths. But I am a person who would fight against injustice and unequal treatment.

Healthy competition based on one's own merits and realistic assessment of one's own potential is different from jealousy Vijayanths. I have seen people just feel miserable at another person's success and thAT is something that is not in me.
I know my positive qualities and my inadeqaucies and I would not let go of the top position if I know I am capable of it. However, if it does not happen I would immediately look at where I have failed and that is all, because, I feel that God gives me what I worked for. But I feel what you have asked is right.--that it is the fear of defeat too that causes jealousy in people[I have also seen people like that ].There is also a mismatch in potential of different people and so they are not confident enough. Being happy with one's own strenghts and being realistic is what is really called for .

My question to you is: Let us say I am broadminded, I am not jealous of the success of my friends and relatives. I am happy about their success-one should have the competing spirit to win-here I may lack that spirit because I am too broadminded.

On the other hand if I am jealous I may have that killer instinct to win them in life. Am I right Kala?

Competitive spirit comes from a desire to achieve one's best potential .Jealousy is the negative feeling that arises out of the success of another person. Say, for example if I have always been getting the first rank and there is another person who is really close to me[as a student] I still would strive for the first rank ,putting in all my best efforts, and not keep wailing that the other person is smarter and would win over etc.., It is only my duty to perform and the results are in God's hands .If he wishes to give me the first rank he would.If not, if I have made my sincere efforts, they would be rewarded in another instance.I would live with that hope.THat is my submission to the will of God.
Similarlly, in a work scenario you have to be smart, be as careful to make the right moves and efforts that would help you succeed. If there are other people smarter, just feeling jealous is not going to help you. Incidentaly.the 'killer instinct' is needed to win in life. This 'killer' instinct is only as far as being smart, resourceful, prudent and focused but not in being jealous. Whaatever we are we should not just look at the better competition and keep sighing at another person's success but analyse how best we can improve within our limits.

scorpions usually are cool and don't lose their temper easily. If they lose they use intolerable words against the opponent and people would be just shocked to hear such words from them.

in many occassions,it is better to control ones temper,but,really hard to control when had given enough.and i really hate this kind of attitude,becoz,it usually ends to a very painful results.
