Yeast of all

I love to bake bread. All types from yeast to quick, beer breads and sour doughs, we love them all. My favorite is a quick yeast bread made with warm milk and butter...yum! What is everyone else favorite bread to make?

i love baking pan de sal, oatmeal bread and cinnamon roll..yummy!

What is Pan de sal? I love cinnamon rolls too. We like to use a syrup much like on Baklava on the rolls too.

it is a bread here in the Philippines. it has the size like of a bun and is coated with bread crumbs.
