Would it be cool to have custom Url's? Do you know BBC code?

I can understand why MyLot might be reluctant to allow us to create the name of our own URL's but shouldn't there be an algorithm that posts the domain of the site that a url links to?
Say for example I want to post a link to a Google owned site like Blogger or YouTube I could my own name for the link, the algorithm automatically tags the named link with the domain name. It would read something like this (Link Name) [Blogger] or maybe a song from Heart posted on You Tube would have the user write the name of the You Tube link (Heart - (Song Title)) [You Tube]
A BBC Url link is written [url=http://tgwbmyblogs.blogspot.com/2007/08/communati.html]My Posts[/url] I'm sure that MyLot doesn't allow us to write our own names to url's but if they would with such an algorithm to add behind the link you would have the highlited link 'My Posts' with a program adding the name of the domain after the link for the url I'm posting here the domain is Blogger so the link and domain name would be shown something like this 'My Posts' [Blogger] Something like that with a different color font.
I have a good reason to suggest such an idea...

Well thanks for dropping in and tell me what do you think of these message boards? When I first encountered message boards I saw immediately a way for me to work through the problems that I encountered of course then the message boards were considered evil a place to meet the devil in person. What a bunch of witch hunters I associated with, the real witches that they needed to apprehend were right under their own noses.
I see a lot of good in the whole world being able to communicate.

Well I'm sure as we all know the Lot is very strict on their particular rules, but not to stretch the rules beyond reason they have and will allow some links.
When I cross the line you know and I know they will do what they have to do, but for now I am doing what I can to blaze new trails...
