how long do you brush your teeth?

me just 5 minutes...and if their is no stain in my teeth im done with it!i cant floss my teeth cause i have braceses on my teeth!heheh!happy posting!

Five minutes? I brush mine for two minutes at a time. My dentist told me to do it for two minutes or longer. When I was very young, like 10 or so, I'd brush my teeth for like 30 seconds. They turned yellow. Now, they're white.

i do agree..gums are very sensitive!and too much brushing leads to sensitivity to the teeth!and it cause pain!thanks friend.

For me i do 8 minutes brushing, to be fresh, and maintain a white teeth, and after that that the time i gurgle it with listerine, to kills bacteria.

thanks..friend me too i also used mouth wash..so that when i kiss my husband it feels so refreshingly good!hehehehe.
