Toppings?

There are lots of things people sometimes put on mashed potatoes... butter, sour cream, bacon, chives, bacon, cheese... What do you like on them?

I usually like parsley or basil on my my mashed potatoes, along with gravy.

I like to put butter lots of it and melted cheese. and chives and I prefer ranch dressing over sour cream.
