did you ever find yourself in a situation wherein you express a feeling and while talking, suddenly your conversation makes you emotional, like on the verge of crying? 
do you ever suppress it? or do you let your tears flow?

Hi Ann,
I would admit here that I have been in situations where I did find myself that I was on the verge of crying. It was invariably about very sensitive discussions I was having with my best friend. Things tuned on to a very emotional note. But I never let my tears flow when I am with someone. I prefer to cry alone.
Yup eyes are truly windows to the soul, no matter how hard you try to suppress your true emotions your eyes tells what is probably going on deep inside you.

Hello dear ann,
Did I sound rude or arrogant or something in my response?
Because it has got nothing to do with my pride or things like that. It is simply just I prefer to share my sorrows with myself. I cannot exhibit that I am getting vulnerable, people hurt when they know that you are.

how hard it is to suppress a tear, bodhi. if its pride, then i dont have a comment. and i admire the self discipline. but i hope you let someone share and dry your tears and not cry alone. thank you for your response. ann

Hi Tigeraunt. Well definitely a very good topic. Ya usually there r lot of topics which r so close to my heart, specially love. And when it comes to that area, i am usually in tears from within, but i hide from everyone. I like to feel that emotion in myself only. And afterall there is no use showing the emotions. people tend to get it wrong or poke fun at it.

Yes i agrally. A lot of times i actually cant control myself and tears do roll out.
Actually its required to have the emotins to roll out. I express it, but most often when i am hurt, more than sadneness there is more of anger and hatred that begins to express though only for that moment and may be a little more longer. But after that i am totally broken, though i continue holding on to my tears and dont let them roll down.

in some cases it is true. people tend to be judgmental and sometimes negative too. to a loved one who has hurt you, words sometimes is not enough to explain your hurt feelings. but tears in your eyes would have some sort of effect - and it is not going to be always in the negative.
the hurt will show in your eyes, no matter how much you hide it..

Hi tigeraunt, I can never stop my eyes from sheding tears when they are driven by emotions. Yes, I am a man, but have to admit, I even shed tears at some feel good movies, when they get very emotional. The emotion can be happy as much as sad. I don't think it's a bad thing.

Hi tigeraunt,
Yes most deffinatly, I believe that your eyes are windows of your soul and you do sow your emotions throughtn your eyes, I am the same as you, I get very emotional and sometines I do cry when I am talking to someone about something that is sad.

i hope it is not sad all the time, tamara. you see sometimes talking about someone and remembering a lost friend and missing him would make a tear fall. am i right?

Hi Ann i agree 'eyes are the window to view our soul', you cant cheat a person if you are looking to his/her eyes straigt, the lawyers used this technique to catch cheaters and liers, in the examination hall teachers look into the face and know who is adopting malpractice
