Are you afraid to gain weight without notice yourself?  | | I actually gain weight recently without myself notice it. In the past couple of days, my co - worker, my friends, and even just a moment ago, my cousin all told me that I gain some weight. I was suddenly upset, and want to lose it as soon as possible. I also afraid of gaininig weight, and lose my original figure. Probably I was too idle at home, and I wasn't working hard enough. Are you also afraid to gain weight too? What would you do to prevent it from gaining more?

I'm very good at finding healthy foods to replace my unhealthy favourites. Actually looking at weight and hight alone, i'm slightly overweight, but i work out a lot, so i have a lot of muscles on my calfs, plus i actually have a little bid of 6 pack... plus i have good size of what matters for us girls and have long hair... all these things combined my weight is perfect and if i'll gain some it will most likely be more muscles... my brother seems to love telling me that i'm fat though... he doesn't like it much when i tell him that he is as skinny as a stick in response

Also you should remember that your father's friend did not have polite manners and was fat himself, so you just eat whatever you wantmy dear as worrying about this is not good for you. You'll feel much better after a nice cup of tea and a piece of cake.

I never bother about gaining weight. I ate what ever I like. Fast food, fat contain food, whatever. But I do some exercises. I love to play badminton. I also prefer walking then riding a bus if I had to go some place within the walking distance. The only problem is when we consume too much calories but never try to burn it.
