I also prefer fresh salads.Salads are a great source of vitamins, health nutrients and minerals and in order to stay healthy one should definitely go for salads daily in their diet.I make sweet salad the most in which what i do is that i mix all the vegetables and then add jaggery and salt to it its really tempting in taste.Besides being good in taste its very nutritious as it has all the vegetables in it.I also have a book on salads and I pretty well try them on occasions.

If you enjoy nectarines in a salad, you would probably love a Spinach Salad with Strawberries. I've made this one for entertaining many times and it's gone in a flash! All you need for the salad itself is 1 pound of fresh spinach that you tear into pieces, 1 pint of fresh strawberries and 1/2 cup of toasted slivered almonds. Put the spinach in a bowl and arrange halved berries over it. In a food processor, whiz together this dressing until it's smooth: 1/4-1/2 cup of sugar, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 tbsp poppyseeds, 1.5 tsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 1/4 cup cider vinegar. Just before you're going to serve the salad, pour the dressing over it and toss through the spinach and berries. Garnish the top with the slivered almonds. The dressing is soooo good. A really simple salad with great flavor! People are skeptical about the spinach/berry combination but it's delicious LOL
