Do you have AT & T home service and internet service? I hate my service through AT&T. Every month the price of my services change. I can't even keep up with the price anymore. I just automatically add $10 to the check I write to them. Okay, that's not true. I was just kidding. My phone bill last month with internet was $91.70 this month it is $93.92. I was supposed to be getting a lesser $ amount and it's actually more. Does AT&T really need the money that badly. I swear to you the only thing they did was take off one of my discounts and then charge me for it which really didn't make any sense.
Do you have an AT & T horror story?

As much as i wanted to help you with your account, but im only limited on helping you with tech internet/connection issues regarding ATT. if you have problems with your bill, you can call 18777223755 and be connected to billing and ask them about it, they can actually give you credits or anything just to keep you. we even have members who wanted to disconnect their account that they have to give them a month free just to keep the member..try it.

That is really sweet of you for taking the time to give me this information. I am so mad right now, you have no idea. I already called and after talking with 5 different service reps of some sort, I think they finally adjusted my bill to the right amount. It's the fact that it constantly happens and that it takes so long to fix.

Are you looking at the bill carefully? If it is anything like their cell phone service they claim there are ongoing fluctuations and your bill could change as much $10 a month, which we all know is a load of you know what since they already over charge us, especially when it comes to text messaging.

It's horrible. The bill is actually sectioned. I'm not real sure why but since it is I can tell that I am paying around $50 for the internet. The service isn't that great. SERIOUSLY. Dial up would be just as fast! I have the highest speed they offered. I didn't ask for that but since I got it, I might as well keep it because I can't imagine this service any slower.

As far as your internet speed is concerned some of that has to do with your computer. It starts slowing down the minute you bring it home, hook it up and turn it on! Do you regularly clean out old cookies, defragment, etc.?
