Have you dealt with AT&T rewards program?

I don't understand this at all. AT&T offers all these rewards and then once you try to redeem them they either disappear or are no longer available. What scams! What is the problem with AT&T. I am so mad at that company right now. Have you had trouble getting rewards?

Have you tried emailing the corporate headquarters? Have you tried posting a grievance on planetfeedback?
