collecting stamps,coins and currencies

I have some stamps but I have never understood how they have value. Some are old stamps and some are stamps from other countries. If you PM me your information I will send you a post card.

i had stamp collections too and have given all to my daughter. probably when she gets over those, she will also give it to her daughter.. that would go on and on and on... aint it nice? that hobby is so fun and excites me a lot when i find a new one to add to the collection. but it seems stamps have dwindled a lot since the machine post started. i hope they get back to the real stamp. ann

Hello, yugasini! I also collect stamps, postcards and coins. I don't consider myself a professional collector, as I don't know so much things about the stuff I collect. I only have a few coins - I like stamps and postcards more... As much as I'd like, I don't trust the postal service from my country as much as sending stamps to friends from other countries, like you. I tried sending stamps to someone in the United States I met around here, but the stamps never reached them... I am however happy to see that there are still people loving stamps all around the world.

i did collect stamps with my mom when i was younger and she still has the books, so the older stamps may be worth some money now. i have started collecting vintage post cards lately and can get them at antique markets and whatnot.
