Drink plenty of water for good health its good for kidneys and like washes away the toxins,its good for health too!

Drinking plenty of water per day is only good for your health, as it helps to your digestive sysytem, however drinking too much of that can make you feel heavy and thus you can find yourself to even throw up so its better to drink accordingly and moderately.

I have been told that I should drink water since I harly ever do. I do drink juice, soda and flavored water but I harly ever drink regular water. I was told that we should drink around a gallon a day. There are people that I know that drink a gallon a day or even more I have no idea how they do it since to me that is to mutch. So far I am trying to drink a glass or two of water a day but I will forget but I have to try harder because I know that I do need to drink more water.

Water is the only thing ,I drink besides my morning coffee. I know the benefits of it ,just like fiber it helps clean the pipes.

Hi friend, It is always good to drink plenty of pure water.It keeps all the waste things to get out the body and keeps you happy and healthier always.One should drink atleast 3-8 glasses of water per day,because our body requires that much water content.So,we have to make a habit to drink that much water every day.If we are habituated than i think we will never get any kind of problems.It is really a nice healthy tip that one should follow. People would be surprised as how good water is for you. It clears out your whole body and it shows because you will have much nicer skin if you drink tons of water. You don't even need to drink straight water. You can get it from eating fruit or getting it in milk, juice. Personally i enjoy drinking straight water but some people need to have a good taste otherwise they can't bear it.

You're absolutely right there and I must agree with that. Drinking plenty of water is like flushing certain toxins inside us so we must drink lots of it daily. They say we must drink 8-10 glasses daily in average. But it also varies depending on the activity each person make. If a person is doing strenuous activities, then his intake should be increased. Drinking water is a habit of everyone but they do not realize that it got lots of benefits.

Yes, I agree completely. If drinking a lot of water concern should be kept for the quality of the water. If drinking tap or well water it should be filtered. It is recommended that one consume half of their body weight in pounds in ounces of water. So, if a person weighs 100 pounds, they should drink 50 ounces of water per day.

Yeah, this is a must for everyone. More over at my country, it is hot everyday. we need a lot of water and fluids to keep away from sickness and stay well and healthy. I drink at least 8 glass of water everyday. Thank you for this useful discussions. It reminds me to drink water by now.

Nice tip man, many doctors said that drinking water is really good for our health. There are some people who sick use water as medication, they do a water therapy.
