How's your heart health? I'm always looking for foods to improve my health. Do you like any of the fav five? If not, will you be adding them to your heart-smart diet? They're already in mine.

I always try to eat right, along with the right foods. i also supplement with extra fiber, and i take coq10 which is something our bodies need and we don't make enough of it as we age, I love all kinds of fruits and vegetables, I grow my own garlic so it is added fresh in many dishes that i prepare.

i do eat garlic, not too much, but every now and then it's good. don't eat cheese because i'm vegan, sometimes get rice cheese though... love beans, all types of them... and i love grapes... don't drink juice, i just eat grapes themselves... love them soooooooo much...

Fruits and veggies all the way, hey! Sounds like you are already well on your way to becoming heart healthy. More healthy diets should be as tasty; more people would follow them. Just had a bowl of grapes and cherries this morning, tasty snack; I love them too.
