Is more healthy to go in vacance to seaside, mountain or countryside?

it's already a healthy way to have a vacation... the main purpose is just to ensure that we have a break out from the normal stressful working life... Also, no matter where you go, it's just have to relax and enjoy the scenary.. for me, I like the countryside where you will able to see some mountains and streams too... just have a little bit of everything...

Hi icesmile, one of my friends lives in a place which combines all three. The house is in a mountain village surrounded by countryside, rolling fields, almond and orange trees,fig trees and lemon trees, stunning views all around but with the advantage of the cooler air. The sea is about ten minutes drive away, and the tempreture there is always higher than the village, handy for a swim and lazy tavernas with the sea lapping at their doors. It's just two hours from here so when I want a break from the sea here and the hotter weather I escape to the mountain village and can have it all. The cooler air must be healthier at the moment than the humidity lower down.

The air at the seaside might feel really refreshing. The views might be so lovely and picturesque. There could be some scenic walks out to a headland. The sea water might be warm and it could be safe for swimming which like walking would be a healthy exercise. The countryside can be really beautiful with footpaths for walking. A person must be really fit before walking up a mountain. I really love going on vacation.
