OK, I know the obvious answer to this question is probably going to be a big, fat NO. But you really have to know the situation.
A good friend of mine is 19 and had a liver transplant (due to a disease she was born with - where pretty much her liver didn't work!) about 2 1/2 years ago. She now wants to experience her adolescence/college life to the fullest and drink on occasion.
A lot of people gasp when I explain the scenario to them, and say "NO WAY!!" but at the same time, we should consider the fact that she has a BRAND-spankin' new liver, and that the occasional drink doesn't harm it.
What do you think? Is it being overly-cautious for me to discourage her from drinking? Or should I encourage her to do so - to "experience her adolescence to the fullest" (her words not mine!)?
What do you think?

I would remind her that in order to live life to its fullest not only do you have to remember it but you also have to be alive. (that is my drink responsibly motto)
Should she drink, probably not, she likely will not get another liver if something happens.
There are better things to do on a friday night than get drunk.
