What will you do if a Chance to change your organ???

If you have a power to change the structure of your external organ (only one) like nose , eyes, ears, legs, hands which organ you choose and how you want the organ to be changed? I know it is impossible lol, but let us be creative. Think in this way. Your creativeness please...

Well, I have poor eyesight so I'll trade the ones that I have for a pair with perfect vision.

I will want to improve my eyesight also. My lenses degree is now 600. Without my glasses I can only see shadows or outline of a thing, it is very inconvenient to do daily task without them.

I want to change one organ... skin... i want to have monkey skin, all fluffy and not as cold in the winter lol. Or maybe bones, i want to have more monkey-like bone structure.

I am content with myself, although I think I have a little too big ears. I think I would make them just a little bit smaller, but it's not necessary. My body came from nature and it must be unchanged, I don't want to correct nature.
