Shames (1427) | 5 months ago | Hi voldrox.well I follow the third option which I would not recommend to anyone.I skip meals in order to get thinner.Whenever I feel I am getting overweight and developing a tummy I start skipping one meal a day.And within a week or two I get back to my normal weight.I know it is unhealthy but this is the easiest way I could think of..

3. radx682 (288) | 5 months ago | I never do any crash diets...or regular exercise...I eat healthy food and amount is just enough to satisfy my hunger...If I happen to eat lots for one meal I reduce the amount in my second meal...
But I suggest you eat healthy and sufficient food...wth regular exercise...Exercise daily it is important...

4. maezee (4784) | 5 months ago | I find that exercising is much easier to motivate myself into doing - I actually ENJOY a lot of different exercises - like walking, playing tennis, and swimming! I LOVE these! Eating healthier is much more difficult for me. But honestly, I feel like it's about 1/2 1/2 - as far as weight loss goes.

5. mymelodake (903) | 4 months ago | Before I would always say that I would rather exercise so I can eat anything I want, but I lost weight through dieting. I think the best way though is to do both at the same time. A good balance will help you lose weight and work your muscles at the same time so you wouldn't be left with all that loose stuff. Because I lost wight mostly though dieting, my goal now is to tone up.
