Loose weight-Diet or exercise ?

what is your way for loosing your weight, and which one do you find more easy to do ?

Before I would always say that I would rather exercise so I can eat anything I want, but I lost weight through dieting. I think the best way though is to do both at the same time. A good balance will help you lose weight and work your muscles at the same time so you wouldn't be left with all that loose stuff. Because I lost wight mostly though dieting, my goal now is to tone up.

yeah exercises makes us hungry, i once used to eat a lot that way, hmm well but dieting and exercising at the same time doesn't sound good to me....take care my friend and have a nice day mymelodake!

I find that exercising is much easier to motivate myself into doing - I actually ENJOY a lot of different exercises - like walking, playing tennis, and swimming! I LOVE these! Eating healthier is much more difficult for me. But honestly, I feel like it's about 1/2 1/2 - as far as weight loss goes.

yeah exercises can be fun... especially dancing, but i don't do that...haha... it's nice to know you are having a good time having your exercises done with sports.

Morning to you voldrox, weight - diet and exercise togehter make the best to loose weight. the Diet should not be what newspaper use to have you buy them. The diet should be eat at least three made meals per day, and have two healthy snacks like fruits. And exersise one time a day, like power walking with sticks. That is what I do and it works perfectly. I try to eat fish two times a week, I use salmon since it is the best fish and the most healthiest. But also herring on a sandwich is great. Lose tha kalories, and have more protein from fish or chicken. Have less meat. Hope that helps..and god luck.

I never do any crash diets...or regular exercise...I eat healthy food and amount is just enough to satisfy my hunger...If I happen to eat lots for one meal I reduce the amount in my second meal... But I suggest you eat healthy and sufficient food...wth regular exercise...Exercise daily it is important...
