Can a baby-face hinder a serious relationship?

Women could be cute, women could be pretty, women could be ravishing and women could be attractive, but if women with baby-faceded looks sought a serious relationship, would it work? Sometimes we do feel that women with a baby-face are too young or soft or even innocent to be considered for a serious relationship, well at least I have that feeling,so how would one approach such a person?
