The Phone Company Ruined My Discussion!!!

All the time! I write it anyway! even if it makes little to no sense! on counta I'm special like that! people respond mostly outta pity cause I can't write.. I still get paid! and I have money for more skittles! want one?!

oh dont get me started on the damn phone company. you're lucky you got reasonable person in "customer service".

I did customer service for Ma Bell and it was rediculous. That ind of crap happened constantly. I did about 50 adjustments a day because someone else screwed up.
Amd you're right about those dirty 3rd party carrier charges. I had to deal with that constantly as well. Sadly, I couldn't just remove the charge, I had to put it in "pending" status until it was solved with the other company. And that's not a quick process...it usually took 2-3 months!

That insanity about being charged a $5.00 late fee for 20-cents actually sounds as lame-brained as a bank charging an overdraft fee of $35.00 if the overdraft is only 50-cents--THEY STILL CHARGE IT
Well one time I came across this god-awful website that was all pro dog fights, the whole thing was sickening and the person boasted what a wonderful business dog fighting is

So I had to do another discussion about my mistake

$5.00 for $0.20? Oh man, that is ridiculous. At least you got it sorted out. The perfect rant discussion to start that would stay as a rant discussion is complaining about energy companies. They are way out of hand right now - especially in MY state. They are taking advantage and our governor fails to do anything about it. Guess he can afford HIS bills. Monopolizing b@stards!

Damn that is so stupid that they would send you a late fee for that. Hell thats what I think when we get an account from the bank for 100 dollars or less that we have to collect on or else their vehicle will be repossessed. Your serious? You would really repossess a vehicle for that much? But we have to act like they will, because well we dont know lol.


On a side note. I got a debt collector call for me today on my phone. The message they left was almost exactly what we leave at work lol. I just ignored it this time lol.

Lol, that's awesome... now lets hope whoever I have to talk to about my hydro bill is that understanding.

Just got a notice in the mail saying I didn't pay my bill and I have to pay the late fee or they'll cut off my service... and I never got the bill I supposedly didn't pay. Called customer service, and they said "well, take that up with the post office"... because I'm sure the government-owned post office will pay my hydro bill for me, what with their non-liability agreement.

Gonna go yell at the receptionist for a while and see if anything comes of it.

Businesses are deploying so many scams and dirty tacticts to get people into their snare that it's really necessary to read the small print nowadays. So many hidden extras that we miss often if we don't scritinize the bill. Fortunately I seem to have settled into one company which has combined internet, phone and t.v. and having no problems with a regular bill and little changing amount/costs.
I did once create a discussion and lost it... how? I have no idea
but after losing it I didn't bother to create and submit... I figured it wasn't meant to, especially since I thought it was crap!
