The Woodstock documentary was re-released last moonth as the 4oth anniversary for the monumental historical festival. Did anyone buy it? I did, and was so pleased with the added clips that were previously unreleased. My favorite performances were by Janis Joplin and Crosby, Stills, and Nash. Who are your favorites?

I haven't bought , but will definitely get a copy when there are some at a reduced price. Janice Joplin is one of my favorites too.

It is such an interesting piece of history and culture, and I am an avid "hippie" music lover. The styles, the people, the dialect, even the outside responses from the local people are all so interesting. Have you seen it before? I had a couple times, but not in a few years.

Only saw an editored version last year. But it brings back a lot of memories for me. In Australia, we had a concert that was similar to Woodstock, at Sunburry in Victoria. Oz,'s best were on display there, and although not up to Woodstock it was a great show of our countries best tanent.
