Don't go to Cuba if you're a dissident!

My BF showed me the following from a Readers Digest he was reading in my doctor's office...And they are supposed to be a better edited magazine? "Dissidents in Cuba are executed and jailed". Uhhh, who gets to clean out the jails later, or do they just build new ones?
