Isn't it nice that we can affect our health in a positive way with positive habits. I also like the idea of hawthorn berry as an herb to strengthen our hearts. I wonder if there are any medical studies on it's use. It seems like this is the best time in history to be alive. We have so much more available to us than ever before in history.

It isn't just fish oil, though, but anything that contains Omega 3 fatty acids, like flax, purslane, walnuts and some other vegetables that I can't remember right now. I'm glad they published the study because it lends support to alternative health methods.
