The walf-blood Prince....the book or the movie???

Oh, the book - hands down - but there were parts that I quite liked seeing rather than reading - the things in the water - scary

The movies can never cover all the details which are present in the book and if they try to cover all the details then it wont be a commercial success. I've been disappointed with the movies, but I've accepted the fact that the movies can never be as good as the books. So I separate the movies and the books and I must say that the first four movies were decent enough. But the last two movies i.e the fifth and the sixth movies were way below good standards and not a good tribute to the books.
They've established a fan base for the movies and obviously they are going to make a lot of money with the movies, but again after 15 years if we see back, we will always say to ourselves that 'something was missing'.
The seventh book is a brilliant one and I only hope that the movie makers don't compromise on the seventh movie but give it their best shot.

yep, the books are always so much better. But I like to watch the movies too, it is interesting to see at least parts of the book acted out, it is too bad they have to leave so much out.

yup dear....i also feel the same..nither of harry potter movie is able to make the mark..as the work which its book have done....most of my friend also consider reading books again and again..they say whenever they read it they find somting special..in it..and i also believe it...i have read almost every book which have realesed...and consider books better than the movies...!!
