My favorite would have to be myLot itself, because it is the basis of all discussions, and without it we would have no home. Second, is question and answer, because it opens the door to so many things. There is no limit to the amount of subjects you can question. Third, is life, because like one amd two, there is no limit to stories, experiences, and questions we can share under life. I have other favorites, but lets limit it to three. Please share your three favorites, thank you.

there are a lot of discussions that i consider very interesting but i don't know if i can only categorize it to three. first, would be the mylot related topics, and their experiences.
second, is their own personal lives and interest, basically some problems they had. lastly, some online money making opportunities.

Hi Letran, you did it. You categorized it into three. I had a similar problem when I started this discussion, thinking should I say two, three, or what, and it was difficult, but I decided on three, really just to throw a number out there. Thanks for your time in responding to the discussion.

I like to talk about eating, cooking, mylot, Q & A, shopping, homamker etc. I like mostly the daily topic, when I see something interesting in my daily life, I post it up and see if anybody thinks the same with me.
If you limit it to three, then I relaly need to think about it... I guess:
1 - shopping, because I always can think of shopping topics :-)
2 - eating, it is my another hobbies, I always think discuss eating this and that or cooking for that matter.
3 - mylot, I like to talk about how to make my earnings better.

Hi mermaidivy, you're right, the broader the subjuct the easier the reply, thus the quicker we can pick up a few cents. Shopping, and eating are a couple of subjects that fall into that category. You must enjoy both of these activities to label them hobbies.Lol. Thank you for your interest.

I embrace the light and answerable ones, the ones that are less serious but allow more space to answer. By serious, I mean the topics such as religion, politics, deep personal problems - I try to stay away from them because they tend to NOT remain as discussions. Particularly, the first two categories where friendly discussions turn to debates and then to heated arguments to what not, and as for the personal problems arena, I sometimes feel my solutions do not live up or cater to the enormity of the concerns people have. I would have to go much deeper into their concerns than the two cents I'm paid for, and if I keep doing time and again, that would kill my fun time on this space and I would no longer get out of here relaxed or refreshed.
One genre of discussions I highly favour is the one of the hypothetical kind. This is also the safest category of topics because it leaves no room for conflicts to arise and arguments to take place. A great advantage of initiating hypothetical discussions is they are often open-ended and make you think. You think of the various possibilities and your creative cells are exercised; what's more, you don't have to bother about what your response would read like and if it would be of any use to the readers; these doubts do not arise at all as they are of no relevance here.

I can see what you're saying, and as far as I'm conserned, I agree with you. I stay clear of religious and political discussions also. I will cometimes respond to a personal subject, especially if I have had a similar experience. As you say, broad subject topics, where you hypothisize are the easiest ones to address, and so respond to. Thank you for your detailed response.

I list ‘Question and Answers’ as a favourite too. It is a varied interest and one is almost always bound to find something that appeals. I like the pet’s area being the animal lover that I am; I love to share animal stories with others who won't find them boring! 'Life' of course is another varied one; it can’t get much more interesting than life can it?

Actually, I like animal stories, I'm also a great sports fan, but sport topics don't get much attention here on myLot. There are so many interesting topics, but Q & A, and Life are so general that they're hard to beat. Thanks for your interest, Paula.

There are three particular discussion subjects that I often participate in on mylot.
1)Mylot - I have learned that I can get lots of useful information with this discussion category, whether it be guidelines and ways to maximize my earnings.
2)Making Extra Money - This category enables me to learn about what other paying sites there are that I could possibly join in and boost my online money making scheme.
3)Listening to music - For a hard worker like me, I also enjoy listening to music to provide relief. Hence, this provides a great opportunity to meet fellow music fanatics and share my interest.
;)
