Do you collect magazines? You, or your child, your husband or any family members

I do have the same habit, if I purchase any magazine I will preserve it and do not like if anybody destroys the pages. Now I don’t have time to read magazines but I have collection of old magazines like Reader’s Digest, some native language magazine etc. Now I prefer to buy story books which are useful for my kids. Now another fact I am realizing that loosing my reading habit. I don’t have patience to sit and read.

I just read them, and toss.

Your niece may have an idea there. Those may turn out to be quite valuable, after keeping them a few years.
I do collect certain books, but so far, i only have a very small collection. One item in my collection is a 1903 Bible. I look for rare finds at fantastic prices, and i did get that one at an unbelievably low price.

I know someone who likes to collect magazines. She all different kinds of them in different varieties. I am not sure why she subscribes to so many. she will run out of room for them eventually.

I used to collect magazines when I was a student, later it ended up in saving lots of magazines and finding place to save them was a bit difficulty. Som my mom asked me to throw away them and only keep books. Even now I like to keep magazines, but there is no space. I live in a hostel and we two people share a room. So, I keep them for a small time and throw it out.

In the past I had lots of computer magazines and they were regarded as my treasure. A few months ago I cleaned my home and I sold them as the paper. I know they were important for me. But right now the computer stuff has impoved a lot and I shall look forward. Even if I store them, I may not read them again.

well, i consider any magazine as some kind of history. i used to collect magazines like vogue, interview, time, newsweek, wired, etc. but today's internet makes them available. and keeping these magazines will just add to 'junk' that will not be read anymore considering the amount of information we receive daily from the net. we could hardly keep up with events. certainly, for me, keeping magazines these days are not worth the while anymore.

Yes I do collect magazine too! Candy Mag, Seventeen, Chalk and Meg. I also have Time Magazine. That is what I have to ask, if she wants her magazine on sale because I will definitely want to see it myself. I am looking for 2003 issues. In our family I am the one who collect magazine. My father collect newspaper to sale also.

I also loved collecting magazines. When I'm not married yet my favorites were: Cosmopolitan, Seventeen and Yes Magazines. I love looking for new fashions and tips how to beautify your skin, although I don't do it. Now, that I'm already married and have a kid on my own my favorites were: Good Housekeeping and Smart Parenting. It's great that I have this magazines, because it guide me in my everyday living. I got many informations like how to overcome common problems for first time mother like me.

When I was a teenage girl,I'd like to collect all kinds of magazines,but now,I grow up,I am not keen on doing that,computer is everything,I haven't bought magazine for a loog time,so I don't collect magazine now,so do my family.
