As we all know that food is divided into five different food groups and each plays its own important part in maintaining our health and fitness. Home cooked food is always the best in terms of both quality and quantity…though it might taste bland and boring, but ultimately this is what benefits us most. I try to serve home cooked food as much as possible to my family and we always eat fresh…starting from the veggies to the meat and fish.
