No!I don't think so!Sea view apartments can be a prestigious issue and attract more people to enjoy the scenic beauty. But now in the Tsunami threat days,I don't think it is a good source to invest with.May be that is the reason, they are announcing it cheaper than ever. So,if you have more spare money, then just buy one.But don't think it a wise investment.Cheers!

Thanks for responding. Actually, by investment, I mean no more than one, just for possible stay, and if price higher, sold out.

It is hard to say. Everything has its advantage and disadvantage. It sounds nice to invest to a sea view apartment. However, sometimes it can be risky due to the natural disasters. For example, lately there is a serious typhoon attacked Taiwan. And a building nearby the beach collapsed. It is horrible.
I love China

I never favor staying in apartments. I would prefer landed property. I think it is the best time to buy property now as properties has reached rock bottom prices. Investing in properties is the wisest choice as the prices will always appreciate in value when the economy stabilize.

In my home country a sea view property is expensive. I know that tourists like to see the ocean from their accommodation. If the apartments have a low price buying one would probably be a great investment. The interest rate isn't high on bank accounts anymore. Buying a property to let is a superb idea and long as the buyer does their home work first. In a foreign country knowing the language and the law would be a good idea.

I think you should buy,if they are discount sale very much.I would not like to buy the resort house or condominium, for me i will buy the apartment which comfort to transport to business area.I will buy for working employees rental.
