Are survey sites slow this week?

Opinion Outpost has been very quiet for me this week. Even Survey Spot seems slower than usual, with zero cash offers for the last 10 days or so. I thought maybe it was me (maybe it is...lol) but I'm hoping it picks up again next week.
It seems this shaky economy has companies spending more of their research budgets with the survey companies...and the extra money has helped!

I started getting a couple more offers this week. But I'd have to say the last few weeks are still quite slow as compared to the previous few months. Maybe it just an August thing or summer vacation thing

I stumbled upon this topic, saw your reply, then glanced at your profile page and from seeing a picture and post of yours about the weather, I learned that you are from Oklahoma. So that's why I'm writing and I hope you will see this comment of mine, since you do surveys.

I am also a survey taker and have signed up with many different panels. One of them being located in Oklahoma and from what I can tell, they mainly do in person taste tests and focus groups. Sounds like they pay quite well, too. But since I am located in Ohio, it doesn't do me any good when they send me an e-mail invite. I have received at least three different ones this August. They're always saying to please pass it along and share it with others if I know anyone. One time I even tried to post a topic about it here, but not sure if anyone even saw my subject. So I wanted to share some info with you.

Anyway, in case you haven't heard of the company and already signed up with them, they are called 21stsensory.com . If you go to their website, there is a link in the upper right hand corner to take a survey. Also if you know of anyway, I could tell others in your state (here at myLot) about their site who would be interested, please let me know. By the way, they are located in Bartlesville, not sure how far that is from you. Hope I shared a new company with you and maybe you can benefit from this info.

Thanks firefox333..I did check the website out, and I signed up, they are supposed to let me know if I qualify for a test, it seems interesting. You said that your a member too? I'm a member of several survey sites, I do survey's about everyday, sometimes I get too many and its hard to keep up..ha. Bartlesville is about an hour away from me, maybe an hour and a half, its not too far. I will let others know of this website, I have a few friends here that do surveys all the time too..thanks.

Glad you saw the comment of mine tho' it took me awhile to find my way back to learn of your post. We had some bad storms here too & I wasn't even online for awhile. Saw where you had a tornado close to you also, but glad you are safe.

Good to read you saw my post and signed up with 21st and hadn't even prob'ly heard of them before. Hope eventually you will get to benefit from their site, because I am way too far away. Is really cool to know that maybe I have helped someone else along the way in regards to survey places.

Maybe it would be okay to add you as a friend, to keep in touch and to keep track of your replies (if any others) to this comment I posted. Good luck with 21st.

Yeah, we had a big storm last night, I think it rained all night, we also had a tornado watch, thank goodness we didn't have one tho. I will add you as a friend, and hope to hear from you from time to time..Thanks

I do 3 survey sites. All three send emails when surveys are available. Two are strictly cash surveys, the third offers a combo of surveys for points (entries to win "things") and cash surveys.
They all pay when I request a payout and the earnings are much better than clicking ads for pennies. I spend maybe 30-45 minutes doing surveys (if I qualify for them) each day.
