I like milk chocolate, the taste it's too overpowering for me. Milk chocolate tastes good with any dessert, and easily enjoyable.

| 3. speakeasy (1434) | 5 months ago |  I just love the dark chocolate and as long as it is no more than 70% it is not too bitter. The flavors are delicate and varied. Especially, if you can get chocolate that is from just one region. I have had different chocolates that tasted of berries, citrus, bananas, etc. without ANY of those ingrediants or flavorings being added. It was just the flavors that the different soil, water and sun brought out in the chocolate.

There is a Russell Stover white chocolate called Cologne which is out of this world.
