how many times do you have tea in a day?

I think herbal tea is okay for you to drink in larger quantities. I drink chamomille at best, once a day, to keep calm and balanced. I tend to drink water, mostly, but that is my favourite tea, and I can't always buy it, so water is my primary drink.

Hello. I am a coffee drinker. I take for or five cups a day, starting from breakfast time. I like tea too. I drink green in the afternoons. Green tea has herbal value, I understand. I drink green tea from China, Japan, and also from Sri Lanka.

I think it depends on the kind of tea you drink. I like a lot of different ones, but I only drink it two or three times each day, and one of those will often be iced tea.

I drink both tea and coffee but not to much coffee like maybe one cup a day. I drink both diet tea and green tea.

i prefer coffee over tea....i only have tea when they serve me complimentaries in the spa

I drink tea since childhood. 3 - 4 times a day. Regular tea.
I think drinking tea is not harmful, if not more than 750 mg/ day or equivalent with 5 tea cup size 200 ml.
Benefits of tea, among others, is as antioxidants, cell-repair of damaged cells, refine skin, streamline the body, prevent cancer, prevent heart disease, reduce cholesterol in the blood, reinforce the circulation of blood.
So, no wonder this drink is called when used as the rich benefits of the drink.

I don't drink tea often, but when I do I opt for green tea. It tastes very good, it's calming and best of all it's loaded with antioxidants, which is great for your health. Most of the time I brew my own tea, but sometimes I buy Arizona Green Tea or Lipton Green Tea with Citrus- it's your normal tea with a flavorful kick:)

i am have only one cup of tea in a day.and i prefer black tea without sugar.for me i only have it at evening at 6.00 pm daily .and that give me a extra strength...for doing my work..afterwords....and i think that cofee is harmful than tea....

The least is once a day, the most is twice a day. But not everyday, I alternate tea with coffee during breakfast.
I drink any kind of tea. The ones I have now is black tea and I spice it up with fresh mint leaves that I grew.

I usually have tea during the weekend because drinking too much tea will make me too clear to have a good sleep.there must be some special substance in tea
