I experienced being an employee and an employer. I would rather be an employer so I can do what I want for the sake of my business and people. So I could provide all the needs of my employees. And lastly, earn big amount of money. :)
How about you guys? Would you rather work for someone else or let others work for you?

That questions is easy to answer. I would much rather be an enployee than an employer. I do have a supevsiors postion with my company. I find myself better at being an assitant than a decition maker. I am not even sure if I could run a bunniess succufuly. so I would rather be an enployee and have a steady paycheck every week or two weeks depending on the situation.

I hope to be an employer. As sometimes it is very frustrating to be an employee. Your boss can still blame you anything anytime. Although being to be an employer is not easy, but at least you can do whatever you like. You can make your own decision. You are free for your working time. The disadvantage is it may have a heavier pressure because you have to afford the office, staff salary etc. It can be risky.
I love China
