Why is it that an ex think they can CASH in because they feel they missed out?

So I was thinking about this and since she is a household name, isn't that somekind of business infringment?
I get sick of these people in the music business think they have a 'claim' on something just because the ex raises.
I'm tired of the court system being used to turn a buck for a low live or wanna be.
Are you tired of your tax dollars being drug through court over petty crap like this? I know I am, they could be trying real criminals instead of wrapping this all up in litigation for years on end so some whatever wants to make a buck off another person.
So do you hop on it? Follow it? or you just as turned off by it?

hi kprofgames hatley here You have me really confused.I watched'the
video of people falling down supposedly funny but what has it to do with this she who is a household name and how is this she concerned with being in court? are you talking about who ever played that music or sang that music, this is not clear to me.I would love to answer this but feel like you leftout a name or something to tell us who she is?

I am sorry for that. She sang the music. Regardless of time period - who is this person to bring it all in because of an earlier sound demo, song or whatever.
