Why do women prefer younger men these days?

I actually think the world is just getting more balanced. In the past, older men were much more likely to enter relationships with younger women because the opposite type of relationship was forbidden. Now the number of older men/younger women relationships may have declined because there are fewer arranged marriages or marriages of convenience but the number of older women/younger men relationships has at the same time increased because it is no longer so taboo. I think the overall trend is that people are letting love be their guide rather than age which isn't a bad thing in my view.
