Which is better Store Brand or Name Brand Peanut butter?

I mainly purchase store brands. There were a few times that the store brand was not very good. When the name brand is on sale I will buy it. But, for the sake of saving money, I stick to the store brands.

I love Skippy and I can tell the difference between brands. I can tell the differnce between different brands of salad dressings too. Some food items I can go with the store brand, but some I just gotta have the brand I like. I'm very picky, can you tell.

No way...could never tell! There are certain things that I will not skimp on. Mayonaiise is one of them. Have to have Hellmans.

For us, it's always gotta be Krema. I personally buy that one b/c it doesn't have any additives, preservatives, sugar...all the nasty stuff you're not supposed to be eating anyway. Besides that, I have a budding epicurean on my hands. My 5 y.o. can already taste the difference between Krema and store brand pb. If I try to sneak store brand in on her, she knows it & tells me it doesn't taste good.
Ugh. I think I've created a monster (or a peanut butter snob at the least)! lol

That is funny. My grandson loves gourmet cheeses over sliced american.
