 If you would noticed, you will not see my name in any one of the discussions here for almost 3 days.I encounter a problem in my offline job. I am working as a customer service representative in one of call centers here in our place. After being in the company for one year and three months, I never expected that I will be receiving a complaint from a multi millionaire customer. I am handling a credit card account. The said customer has a $2 million or 100 million pesos in her bank account. She complaint me for the poor customer service handling. She was already 80 years of age. She wants me to be given a sanction. The evaluation took two days.I was not able to eat and sleep on the normal time that I sleep . After series of evaluation of my call, the result was released today and I am really great that the complaint is invalid. Based on the findings, poor customer service has never been seen to the call.I am really thankful to our almighty God for hearing my prayers. 1.  katkat (1652) | 4 months ago |  I haven't worked in a call center, but I have proven time and again that God, indeed, is so good. We may not understand his plan for us, still we must keep on trusting Him for in every step of the way, His there guiding us.
Our family has experienced difficulties, just like the rest, nonetheless God has provided and healed us whenever we are sick. May always feel God's presence and be a witness to his greatness by sharing this experience of yours to other people.

| 4. tammytwo (2798) | 4 months ago |  Although at the time I was devastated and didn't see it as God helping me, later I began to see the light. A little more than one year ago my office got a new boss and shortly after I was fired from a job that I loved and did well. I was given no reason for firing, as Missouri is an at will state and bosses can do that here. Anyway now I see that if I hadn't been fired I wouldn't own my own newspaper and be offering a great service to the people in our county.
On a daily basis I hear of how bad the other paper has gotten and people are canceling their subscriptions and not advertising with them anymore because of the new boss.
Now I see that God didn't want me to become part of that bad situation and instead has put me into a great one!

"God never closes the door without opening the window."Sometimes we think negatively and question God did he do this to me, to you or to us without knowing that he has a better plan for us?With this, what we should always do is to trust him. I know all he want for us is for our own safety. I'm glad that everything went well for you.
As for me, there were many times when I see God working in my life, many times, especially during bill season, we somehow always manage to pay off our bills and somehow, God sees us through, sometimes thru the help of our friends/relatives but somehow God always finds a way for us.
I believe God knows the desires of our hearts and He knows us and knows what is best and good for us and that is what He provides for us.

7.  ladym33 (5451) | 4 months ago |  In all of my years I never had a customer make a serious complaint against me, I guess I was lucky, all I got was you left me on hold too long, which is a joke these days because my phone would not let me keep anyone on hold for more than 30 seconds without ringing back to me. These days they keep you on hold for 5 minutes with out so much as apology back then 30 seconds was unacceptable. But other than that I never had a customer complaint, and that was not serious. I did however have a horrible boss. I worked for my company for 7 years, she came to the company and became my boss during the final 2 years I was there. She would be nasty one minute and nice the next, but she would actually look to try and find things wrong. She would go so far as going through my desk drawers to complain about what was in my drawers, and complained that I had a picture of my dog on my desk, even though she too had a picture of her dog on her desk. Just petty stupid little things that she would attempt to make a big deal out of. She drove me nuts, I eventually quit because of her.

Juliet2170 (8) | 4 months ago |  i'm really happy for you that your problem was resolved so quickly. even though i know 3 days is an eternity for what you went through but in my entire life i have had only one situation like yours but i'm still waiting on God's response. I will have to wait at least 4 more years for it minimum and it's very draining but posts like yours give me hope!
