How do I fight morning sickness?

I haven't experienced morning sickness while im pregnant though im really having a fever with colds. Thats the most common symptoms i am dealing while im pregnant. I guess morning sickness will last for the 1st month or two but after that it will pass.

First of all, congratulations for expecting a baby:-) I did not really have morning sickness during the pregnancy, i had the flu all the time in the first trimester, and during that time, i have no appetite for anything. But, i did not have that anymore from second trimester.
