September is Among Us

Hi lologirl, here the place where I live is in tropical rainforest region. The weather is scorching hot all the year round. Therefore the weather in November is as hot as usual. Yesterday the temperature in the afternoon is 34 degree C and it's so hot to me. I just hope to have a torrential rain to clear away the severe hotness. We rarely come across temperature more than 32 degree C earlier. This means that greenhouse effect has become worse. Today my husband and I escape from the undirable hot by having two days vacation on a resort in mountain area. Yeah, we have just arrive at our destination. I'm typing here with my netbook while waiting my husband doing the room check in at the hotel lobby. I enjoy the fresh air and cold weather here and the temperature is really sweet. Hi, lolgirl2021. The month of September means more cooler temperatures. It also means, more weather changes that gives the Flu and Cold virus. It also means for me to buy some fall clothing. This is mixed weather season to me.

September is the official start of the "ber" months in the Philippines when people will be counting til December for the Christmas season. The "ber" months means cooler weather for us but I think not anymore except when there's a typhoon then it would be cooler. it's still hot and humid really for the whole year. Although cooler by dawn. Then September is the birth month of my nephew and is excited about his birthday celebration. And this September I hope I can land a new job so I can do some early Christmas shopping.

Hello, Lologirl, September is the month of mine. My birthday falls on September! LOL. Other than my birthday, I don't think there is any special for this September. In fact with the arrive of September, I get to realize this year is going to end soon, and it is time to get ready for the new year to come.

September brings Labor day. My grandson starts pre-school and, the weather gets somewhat cooler, at least at night.It also means that I can have a few precious hours to myself.YIPPIE! It also means that Winter is right around the corner. This also means that Thanksgiving,Christmas,and the New Year are coming up toooo soon.

My son starts kindergarden September 3. So we're both excited about that. I am excited about the fact he'll be going longer to school then I can concentrate on my school work longer. I go University of Phoenix online and its hard to get in school work at 6am because trying to do school work before my son wakes up.

well, our daughters start back to school the day after labour day and for us, it means the start of programs at our church. september here in southern ontario, canada is usually still warm enough to wear shorts during the day but it starts getting cooler at night now though. i have started christmas shopping (and crafting) but hope to get more done.

Hello! For many people it means going back to school,but I have been out of school for many years. I look at it as baseball is almost over and that I would do as many trips and swim. I like the fall because hockey starts soon so I kinda have my countdown on ;) I will try and wear my flip flops till it snows . For me it means a change but i kinda look at Semptember as summer still. Things are still bright and have warm days still.

Hi lologirl, well September is a good month to look forward to as school finally goes back round about the 10th so my son gets into his normal routine again rather than these totally idle summer holiday days. The weather will cool off a little and hopefully the humidity will disappear. The mass of tourists will stop so I'll be able to park again and have some peace back on the beach.
