You wake up an hour before the Alarm - do you get up & start the day?  |

 So I wake up this morning one hour before the alarm is supposed to go off. I lay there and try to drift back to sleep- but it's not going to happen. Then I lay asking myself "do I want to just lay here for an hour and stare at the clock or do I get up and go ahead and start my day?" This is such a tough question because if I get up then I get tired in middle of day or want to go to bed early tonight & then am awakened early again tomorrow morning. What do you choose to do?

Sometimes when im still so sleepy i will just extend my sleep. But there are times that i get up so early and do the hip hop abs video. I do that when i know my body is in good mood.
Its always been my practice to rise early in the morning to do the exercise but lately my schedule is broken again because i feel so lazy and tired. I will stick to my good schedule again.

It is usually nice when I can get up and get going though. I get so much more done... I just usually crash mid-afternoon or earlier at night. Hopefully i won't do that tonight. | |
