Isn't is sick what people do to get their way in this country? The "people" (you know who you or they are and I use the term loosely) who will say or do anything to discourage a change they do not want - even at the expense of a grieving family - is just WRONG!!!

Thank you for this great fact! I hope she does well as India's president and shows the country and the world that it is long since time that women be seen for who they are and not their sex! I applaud her and India for this great feat!

Not yet. It has been busy month for us, so we are sooooo behind on everything! But we are "thinking" about it! Good for you! I can't wait. I LOVE the Christmas holiday (all but the shopping)and love the decorations!

Hope you survived Cyber Monday!!! I don't do a lot of shopping on the weekend right after Thanksgiving. I am just not a shopper. I glance for bargins, but don't do a lot of shopping even online at this time of year. Not a shopper in general so that is probably why. At any rate... hope you made it through!

I had a teacher whose son had CF. I am not familiar with the disease as I don't really know anyone who has had to deal with it. I will have to research it and find out more about it. I know that years ago I had heard there were new break throughs on how to extend life and comfort for those living with the disease. So hopefully those advancements are moving forward.

Hmm. I haven't noticed that happening here (I am a big fan of the Mentalist and Bones myself). I do know that the music seems to get louder during the show when nothing is going on it seems... and boy when commercials come one! Geesh. Wonder if it is a problem with your cable company or something. I can imagine how annoying that would be!

That is so true. There is yelling, name calling, lies, but no one LEARNS anything. No one researches and bothers to find out the facts. Just sad and disappointing... and to me at this point annoying. What can we say. Quinn is my last name!! Irish and lovin it!!!! Good for you! Keep it up!

I have not heard anything of them for many years now. I ran into her over 5 years ago in a different state I was visiting. We chatted for awhile and she said things were going as well as could be expected.:-(
