Racquet ball, tennis, or badminton? Which is the best workout?

I split up my working-out time between both tennis and racquet ball, and occasional badminton. I can and usually do break a sweat from each of these rather-intense sports, even when I'm just playing with one other person. My question for you - which do you think is the BEST for you, health-wise? Which do you get the BEST workout from, in your opinion? And which do you play, if any?
