which do you prefer to say: TAKE CARE or GOD BLESS.?

Hi fellow myLotters,
how was your weekend?? i was in the house the whole weekend by cleaning my rooms and the whole house.. that's the only day i can be a hands on "ate", lol.. anyways back to my topic, which do you prefer to say to all the people who leaves the house or someone who goes by, take care or GOD bless?? for me i am using the word GOD bless always, but sometimes i also say take care to the people i care but i think GOD bless is the most effective word to say to a family, love ones and friend.. for GOD can always guide people wherever and whenever, so even if you takes good care of yourself in any thing you do and without the blessings and the guidance of our LORD JESUS CHRIST, maybe you are not safe without HIM.. am i correct in here.??

Hi janebeth,
I sometimes say to someone God Bless but in mylot ther are many people who are not christain so I always say take care, there is no point saying GodBless to [people who don't believe in God. Sometimes I just say hugs.

I would agree with tamara, there are some people here on mylot that do not believe in god. And that would look like non sense to them if we say god bless. I also prefer take care or hugs.

hi janebeth I always say take care and God Bless as why'not, why just one when both are better and I always like to have them leave'with a comforting word in their ears, and God Bless is always a comfort to'me and i think to a lot of others too.

Hi Patsie. We can use both, but as tamara said above, there are some members in mylot that do not believe in god. We can always use both, only if we are sure that he is not an eithist (have i spelled it right?)

I never have said God Bless to anyone, not even family. We always just say take care...we are Christian but we just don't use that phrase.

it doesnt matter what will you say as long as they can feel your sincerity. everyday is already god's blessing... every people once they wake up its already a blessing from god for giving us another day to explore our life with, even though its hard or not... so i guess take care is more likely coz god bless is already present even if you dont mention it, as god is always with us... saying take care is you to tell them to take care of themselves as you are not with them always, its more with personal touch...

that's also right, that GOD is always around us everywhere and anytime but still it's very nice to hear it from your love one that you cares for them so much and you are saying them GOD bless even if it is common all the time.. may GOD bless us all and take care..

If the fellow is junior to me in status, then I would say 'God bless you', else I would say 'All the best to you'.

Hi jane. It's not that I don't believe in God and you know about that, about me. But I know God is with them and the blessings of God. And what I want to always say to my loved ones, is take care with I love you

i say take care because i feel god bless is too religious and i was raised in a strict religious home with a cult like atmosphere so it just creeps me out.. i mean i believe in god but i figure if i say take care it definitely wont offend the other person since who knows what their feelings on the subject are

I always say take care or be careful. My mom does say God Bless everytime we say goodby on the phone. Even in my emails I say Take care its something I have done all my life.

To my family its always God Bless You and the same to my Christian friends. But to others its Take Care. But to my special friends even if they are not Christians I say God Bless You and they understand and appreciate it.
