 Guys i heard that torrent sites are goiong to shutdown soon, is that true, now demonoid.com is not working here now, some other good sites like mininova.org is also going to shutdown, i cannot think of that torrents without internet, so sad if it happen i will cut my broadband if torrent sites are dowon.... Please dnt let it happen...

I can't afford to buy original one's with high price. I hope this won't happen. Where did you hear it anyway? They are going to shut down the most trusted site for downloading movies. Sigh! So sad...

It was written 2 years ago and until now we have the torrent sites still running. There was a comment here telling we have countless of torrent sites and that it's going to be impossible to shut it down which i agree. Torrent sites had been sued by most authorities and record label companies because of copyright infringement, yet they are still here. I guess it will always be running, might be gone for a while but will surely back on track. | |

Everyday, there will be new torrent site comes up. So how are they gonna shut it down? It is never ending job for them to do so.

May be you had some problem with the server or something like that. Do not worry that is not going to happen.

I can't believe that the industry is so greedy that they want to shut down free access to data. I'm a writer so I can say if people enjoy my stuff let them enjoy it. I'm not going to go suing anyone. Of course, my decidedly leftist leaning may be due to the fact that for my own publications I'm in charge and don't have a big corporation. But I think if I ever got one, and they tried to pull this crap on one of my fans I'd switch publishers immediately.
